How we handle enquiries and optional website measurement.
Effective 26 October 2026. This notice concerns the public EL Giga Farms website, not JUKO Foods or any separate service.
Information you provide
When you contact us, we may receive your name, organisation, email address, telephone number, enquiry type and the details you submit. Please do not include identity documents, bank account numbers or confidential financial information in the public enquiry form.
Why we use it
We use these details to respond to investment, buyer, producer and partnership enquiries, and to keep appropriate records of business correspondence. We do not use contact details from enquiries for unrelated marketing without appropriate permission.
How enquiries are delivered
Where secure online submissions have been activated by the site operator, the form sends its contents to the company's configured email mailbox. Otherwise the page prepares an email in your own email application; no enquiry is sent through the website in that mode. Hosting providers and email infrastructure may process messages for delivery. The online handler does not create a customer database.
Optional website analytics
We may enable Google Analytics 4 after completing site configuration. If enabled, it loads only after you allow optional analytics through the consent prompt. You may decline and continue using the site. You can clear your site's stored consent decision in your browser storage settings.
Keeping data safe
We limit access to business correspondence to authorised team members and use appropriate safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security. We retain correspondence only as long as needed for legitimate business, regulatory or contractual purposes. A formal retention schedule should be approved by management.
