ROOTED IN GHANA. BUILT TO GROW.

Growing Ghana’s agricultural future.

From our established poultry farm in the Volta Region, we are developing a connected agricultural business across production, inputs, processing, farmer partnerships and market access.

01 / Our business

A real farm. A bigger opportunity.

Rooted in poultry and agriculture, EL Giga Farms nurtures growth and connects production with Ghana’s food needs.

We have operated commercially since 2020, with existing capacity for 45,000 birds and production previously reaching that scale. Management reports approximately USD 750,000 in 2025 turnover, subject to verification against financial statements.

Following the 2025 market glut, we deliberately scaled down and strengthened our market strategy. The approximately 5,000 layers placed in June 2026 mark a new production phase in an established business, supported by dedicated marketing through JUKO Foods.

03 / Two production hubs · planned scale

Two locations. One disciplined growth strategy.

Abutia and Hodzo have distinct expansion targets. The figures below are planned capacities, not current production. Investment will be phased against commercial demand, financing and operating readiness.

Abutia · commercial layers30,000Planned layer capacity

Expansion at our existing farm, supported by improved productivity, feed supply and quality controls.

Abutia · broiler production10,000Broilers per month · target

Monthly broiler production target, separate from the farm's layer capacity.

Hodzo · new production hub40,000+Planned layer capacity

Alongside a separate target of 10,000 broilers per month, subject to phased site development.

Beyond poultry: livestock, processing and farmer networks

The proposed Hodzo development also includes a 1,000-goat operation and 500-birds-per-hour poultry processing concept. We are assessing hot peppers, manure-based soil improvements and outgrower opportunities, including a planned 700-farmer maize network in Sissala East.

04 / Beyond our own farms

Building a wider agricultural ecosystem.

Our poultry operations provide the foundation. The next opportunity is to enable more farmers and agricultural businesses to participate in profitable supply chains.

Horticulture

High-value peppers

Exploring bird’s eye chilli, Legon 18 and other crops, with production to be guided by verified buyer specifications and realistic export economics.

Circular farming

Turning waste into value

Developing safe treatment and beneficial use of poultry and livestock manure to support soil health and reduce suitable fertiliser costs.

Market access

Stronger producer networks

Working toward offtake-led outgrower partnerships and exploring export markets, with JUKO Foods as a separate trading and distribution business.

These are proposed development programmes. Buyer commitments, certifications and export volumes are not represented as secured.

04 / Market connections

Production is only half the story.

Following the 2025 glut, we established JUKO Foods to concentrate on marketing and distribution of the farm’s products. JUKO also works with independent producers, connecting a wider supply network with buyers and helping align production with demand.

JUKO Foods operates as a separate trading business. Its sales and producer network are distinct from EL Giga’s own production revenue.
