Investor & Partner Overview · October 2026

Investing in the next chapter of Ghanaian poultry.

EL Giga Farms has operated commercially since 2020, with existing capacity for 45,000 birds and annual turnover of USD 750,000 in 2025. Our new production phase connects this experience with stronger marketing, feed manufacturing and processing. We welcome equity, debt and strategic partnerships.

01 / Our foundation

An operating business with a clear direction for growth.

Commercially operating since 2020, EL Giga Farms has existing capacity for 45,000 birds and has previously reached that production scale. Annual turnover was USD 750,000 in 2025. Following the market glut that year, we deliberately scaled down and revised our market strategy. The June 2026 cohort of approximately 5,000 layers is part of a new production phase targeting 30,000 layers and 10,000 broilers at any one time.

Operating business

Poultry production

Commercial egg and chicken production remains the foundation of the business, supported by an emphasis on production performance and reliable market supply.

Proposed commercial asset

Feed manufacturing

A proposed 2-tonne-per-hour commercial feed mill would serve EL Giga Farms and external poultry customers on commercial terms, diversifying revenue opportunities.

Market connections

Distribution relationships

JUKO Foods was established to concentrate on marketing and distribution of EL Giga’s products following the 2025 glut. It is a separate, non-exclusive platform that also serves independent producers.

02 / Expansion outlook

Phased investment across the poultry value chain.

The wider expansion programme is designed to increase productive capacity, strengthen input sourcing and create additional processing opportunities. The following initiatives are in planning or project development, rather than current operating capacity.

Planned · Hodzo

40,000 chickens

Planned poultry capacity on verified and documented land at Hodzo.

Planned · Hodzo

1,000 goats

Proposed livestock capacity within the wider farming programme.

Proposed · Processing

500 birds/hour

Planned · Sissala East

700 farmers

Target participation in a maize outgrower programme supporting reliable raw-material sourcing.

Value addition is part of the growth strategy.

Plans also include a sausage-making facility, with equipment selection, technical specifications, regulatory requirements and capital needs to be developed alongside the detailed project programme.

03 / Funding the next stage

Flexible capital. Defined investment priorities.

EL Giga Farms welcomes financing discussions that bring the right capital to the right stage of growth. Financing structures and investment terms will be developed around specific projects, implementation schedules and financial appraisal.

Asset and project finance

Debt financing

Term loans, equipment finance and working-capital facilities aligned with productive assets and the cash requirements of poultry operations.

04 / Investment fundamentals

Growth supported by commercial discipline.

Our approach to expansion puts production economics, operational resilience and market development at the centre of investment planning.

Market-led scale

Production aligned with demand

Expansion planning connects flock development and processing capacity with customer requirements, order fulfilment, collection cycles and the working capital needed for reliable supply.

Financial discipline

Clearer project economics

Capital planning considers feed costs, production performance, pricing, cash generation and sensitivity to industry variables when assessing the pace and structure of investment.

Operational resilience

Strengthening systems as we grow

We are strengthening feed procurement, stock control, biosecurity, flock monitoring, management reporting and operating procedures as the business prepares for larger-scale production.

Commercial integration

Developing complementary revenue streams

The proposed feed mill and processing investments are designed to strengthen supply reliability and create additional commercial opportunities, supported by technical appraisal and market development.
