Stephen Debre

I am a Ghanaian agribusiness entrepreneur and value chain development professional focused on building businesses that connect agricultural production, markets and investment.

At EL Giga Farms Limited, I lead the development of a poultry business supplying eggs and chicken, with an expansion agenda covering production capacity, feed milling and stronger distribution networks. My focus is on operational efficiency, product quality and building a business that can grow sustainably.

Through JUKO Foods Ltd, I am also helping develop a market platform that connects food producers with buyers. The business creates sales opportunities for producers while making it easier for households, retailers and institutions to source food.

Alongside my entrepreneurial work, I serve as Value Chains and Business Development Manager with GPSCP II, supporting private sector development in Ghana’s cashew and oil palm sectors. My work brings together enterprises, industry associations, financial institutions and technical partners to address skills, productivity and market constraints.

My ambition is to build commercially strong agrifood businesses that create jobs, strengthen local supply chains and contribute to Ghana’s food security.
